Aura (5e Feat)
Aura
Prerequisites: Level 12, strength or charisma 16 or higher
When people speak your name, they speak it with wariness. When animals sense your presence, they flee. When reality attracts your ire, it trembles.
• You gain proficiency in Intimidation. If you already had proficiency in Intimidation, you gain expertise. Additionally, you are immune to the frightened condition.
• You may use strength in place of charisma for Intimidation.
• If a creature immune to the frightened condition would be frightened of you, ignore its immunity, even if the reason the creature is immune to the frightened condition is because it isn't sentient or capable of higher thought. You are simply that paracausally mortifying.
• Once per long rest, if you are targeted by an attack, you may use a reaction to roll as if you were attacking with strength or charisma plus twice your proficiency bonus. If you roll higher than the triggering attack, you catch it, taking no damage, and you may attempt to intimidate the attacking creature. If the caught attack was a melee attack, the attacking creature ends its turn immediately.
