You grew up with a passion for physical excellence, always pushing the boundaries of your strength, speed, and skill. Whether it was on the track, in the ring, or on the field, you thrived in competitive environments where teamwork, discipline, and grit were key. Your natural talent, honed through years of training, made you stand out in local competitions and earned you recognition among your peers.
From an early age, you were mentored by seasoned trainers, learning techniques and strategies to push your limits further. You may have participated in athletic events, from races to the (boxing) ring, and perhaps even became a local champion or celebrity in your community. Your athletic career gave you a unique insight into both teamwork and rivalry, teaching you how to deal with both victory and defeat with grace.
Your time as an athlete also shaped your physical abilities, making you quicker, stronger, and more resilient than most. You know how to read your opponents, strategize on the fly, and stay focused under pressure. While your success may have brought fame or fortune, it also came with a sense of discipline, and your accomplishments are a constant reminder of the sweat, sacrifice, and determination it took to reach the top.

Feature: Athletic Archetype[edit]
Before you became a devil hunter, you were an athlete of some sort, no matter which type of athlete you were you were one of the following athletic archetypes:
- Lifter. Your athletic activities involved heavy lifting or powerful throwing, when forced to make a check to lift an object you may add half your Strength modifier an additional time.
- Sprinter. You were once a great runner, whether to score a goal or to out run your fellow sprinters. You gain
- Endurer. Your former athletic life was one of great difficulty, forcing you to become tougher to become the best. If you are ever suffering from only 1 point of exhaustion, you will suffer no penalties while outside of combat.

You can use the following characteristics when coming with an athletic background.
