Assassinate (5e Feat)

Assassinate
Prerequisites: Dexterity 14 or higher
Through countless battles and life threatening encounters, you have learned to finish battles as quickly and quietly as possible. You gain the following benefits:
- Your Dexterity score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You know how to exploit a foes weakness. Once per turn, you can deal an extra damage to one creature you the number of d6’s equal to your proficiency bonus. You are only able to deal the extra damage if your attack meets the criteria described by the rogue's Sneak Attack class feature. This feature can stack with the rogue's Sneak attack feature.
- If you are wielding a weapon you have proficiency with, you can choose to take -5 to an attack roll and add +10 to your damage roll.
