Design Note: This is intended to be used with the primordial dragon warlock subclass.

Aspect of the Discharge

Prerequisite: 13th level

When you take on the aspect of the Noble and use eldritch blast, your target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of your next turn.

When you take on the aspect of the Tyrant and use eldritch blast, your target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of your next turn.
