Argentahl[edit]

Alignment. True Neutral
Domains. Knowledge, Life
Divine Rank. Greater Deity

Argentahl is a god of balance and justice. He rarely intervenes in mortal affairs, but he does grant divine rewards to those who seek to preserve the balance.

Argentahl's avatars tend to appear on the material plane. If one does travel to another plane, the area around them becomes balanced, like the material plane. An avatar of Argentahl only appears when the balance of the planes will be severely altered soon.

Avatars of Argentahl usually appear as humans in magical armor that is clearly divine. They usually only appear when something is about to happen that will majorly shift the balance of the planes.

Argentahl is disliked by evil gods and ignored by good ones. Neutral gods are almost always friendly towards him.

Argentahl is usually worshipped by neutral-aligned humans or half-elves. Clerics of Argentagl are similar to him, tending to be wise and just, but very intolerant of change. Frustratingly for Argentahl, most of his clerics are good. Ideally, he would have an equal number of Evil, Good and Neutral worshippers.

  • Story or quest hooks:

Maybe an adventurer has been contacted by Argentahl, telling them of what is to come. Maybe avatars of Argentahl have been seen, and the adventurers have been called to guard against the coming disruption.
