You can channel this spell in two ways either the Locking Invocation or the Blinding Invocation:
- Locking Invocation: The rune shines bright and is visible to the naked eye. Upon casting runic chains sprout from the surface the rune has been casted on. Creatures in the zone must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained by runic chains for 3 turns. They can expand their action to try and escape the chains by repeating their Strength saving throw and removing the restrained condition on a success.
- Blinding Invocation: The rune invisible to the naked eye. Upon activation of the rune targets within the area of effect must pass a Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 30 seconds. Every following turn they have to make a Constitution saving throw curing the blinded condition on a success.
- Explosion: After the spell has been set up, the user must expend an action to activate it. On activation the whole circle will light itself in a burst of purple energy. Every creature standing in the area of effect must succeed a Constitution saving throw or take 20d10 force damage. The damages are halved if they succeed the save.
