Animated Statue[edit]

"ill never forget that day. we were just wandering in the forest, when we came upon a ruin. there was a large, mossy statue standing in the centre, with skeletons wrapped in vines all around its feet. it held a large sword that was draped with vines and moss, then it moved. fast as lightning it slew three of our compatriots, slamming them with what seemed like a thousand pounds of force..." -Unknown diary

Physical Description[edit]

Animated Statues, like animated armor, are pretty self-descriptory, in the fact that they are indeed living statues. they can look like anyone, anything, and they are always weilding a large stone weapon.

History[edit]

no one really knows when the first Animated Statue was made, but they are all large, mysterious, and fast, killing most tresspassers.

Attitudes and Beliefs[edit]

Animated Statues usually have one goal, protect the land reside. a wandering Statue will usually make allies with nature; plants, animals, etc. if a statue leaves its assigned radius of to guard, it will freeze in its place, and teleport back to the centre of its guarded area. if an Animated statue enters a place of high civilization, such as a town, a city, or even a small hut, the statue will go hostile, and kill anyone it sees. only a god or the creator of an animated Statue may dismiss one from its post.

Animated Statue Names[edit]

Animated Statues usually use the name of the person they are modeled after, but some are known to refer to themselves as common names in Primordial.

Animated Statue Names Phyrros, Trigmestus, Thaumiel, Grond, Joan, Calypso, Thalia, Carista
