Magic Weapons. The ogre's weapon attacks are magical.

True Ogre. When the ogre is reduced to 0 hit points, he transforms into his True Ogre form. While in this form, his hit points are equal to half his normal maximum, his size becomes Huge, his AC decreases by 2, and he becomes resistant to poison damage.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The ogre makes three attacks: two with its slam and one with its kick. If the ogre is in True Ogre Form, it instead makes one slam, one Snake Arm Bite, and one kick if in True Ogre Form.

Innate Spellcasting. The ogre's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). He can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: darkness

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the ogre is in True Ogre form, this attack deals 1 additional die of weapon damage.

Kick. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d4 + 5) bludgeoning damage and if the target is two size categories smaller, they are pushed backwards 10 feet and knocked prone. If the ogre is in True Ogre form, this attack deals 1 additional die of weapon damage.

Snake Arm (True Ogre Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage and 22 (4d10) poison damage.

Fire Breath (True Ogre Form Only; Recharge 6). The ogre releases fire in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 44 (8d10) fire damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.


The Ancient Ogre's first form resembles a massive, muscular man with dark green skin. His second form is more monstrous, with his skin turning dull red and massive horns extending from his head. As well, his left arm turns into a massive python with fangs that drip poison.
He is adorned with various types and pieces of old Aztec jewelry and a large golden helmet/crown with very long orange hair. He also has a small round shield that is said to be the fabled Stone of The Sun, the Aztec Calendar, attached to his left arm. It is implied that he is of a very old, but very powerful origin. He was worshipped as the 'God of Fighting' by many ancient human civilizations.
