Amphibious. The ampibious can breathe air and water.

Slimy Web. The ampibious can choose to leave trails of slime behind it when it moves; spaces it moves through while doing so become difficult terrain. When the ampibious makes an electrocution attack, each creature touching a slime trail connected to the ampibious is affected as if targeted.

Spider Climb. The ampibious can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Variable Illumination. The ampibious sheds bright light in a 5- to 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional number of feet equal to the chosen radius. The ampibious can alter the radius as a bonus action.

Web Walker. The ampibious ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.

ACTIONS

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage.

Electrocute. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (4d8) lightning damage. If the target is a creature, it can't take reactions until the start of its next turn.

REACTIONS

Zap. When a creature touches the ampibious or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it, the ampibious makes an electrocute attack against it. To do so, the ampibious must see the attacker.

The ampibious is a laterally flattened, bioluminescent, fast-moving amphiboid able to generate an electrical current and a constant supply of highly conductive slime. With its thin, lightweight body and sucker-tipped digits, the ampibious can move with blinding speed in almost any surroundings, darting up walls and slicing through water like a bolt of ghostly blue-green lightning, an appropriate comparison for a creature which also hunts by electricity. Physical contact with an ampibious can be extremely dangerous, as the monster is capable of unleashing an electrical shock of up to a thousand volts at once. Of particular concern is the conductivity of the transparent, adhesive mucus the creature can secrete from its sucker-tipped fingers and toes, allowing it to produce electrified slime trails and even semisolid webs. Ampibious are nervous creatures and prefer to use their speed and agility defensively, keeping out of harms way and shocking adversaries through their barely-visible strands of slime.
Ampibious prefer to prey on small fish, frogs, worms and insects unless threatened.
