Alert, Variant (5e Feat)

Alert
Your mind is always prepared for battle. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You gain a bonus to initiative equal to your proficiency bonus.
- You can't be surprised while you are conscious.
