Airkin

Airkin are humanoids born with a bit of the element of air in the blood. They are generally quite smart, and composed, though they often lack in social settings. Airkin have greyish, or blueish skin, and blue eyes. Their hair tends to be white, light gray or a lightly tinted blue. The older an Airkin gets, the darker their hair becomes. A very old airkin may have dark gray or even black hair. They typically stand from 5 feet to a little over 6 feet in height, and weigh between 125 and 250 pounds. Males are typically slightly taller and heavier than women. Airkin mix well with other races, though they are known to hold a small prejudice for earthkin, who are often seen as slow and obstinate in their thinking. The airkin populace is found almost entirely in Imperial lands, though there are some who live outside it's rule, they are few.

• Medium: As Medium creatures, airkin have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size.
• Airkin base land speed is 30 feet. Fly speed is 40 feet.
• +2 racial bonus on saving throws against spells with the air or electricity descriptor.
• +5 racial bonus on Tumble, Escape Artist, spot, and search checks.
• +6 racial bonus to attacks with ranged weapons.
• Free Moving (Ex): airkin are immune to paralysis and petrification.
• Automatic Languages: Common.
• Favored Class: Any.
