Advanced Psionic Master (5e Feat)

Advanced Psionic Master
Prerequisites: Be a Mentar race
You spend long hours honing your attunement to your inner psychic might, and learned to use the reserves of your power. You gain the following benefits:
- You can spend 10 minutes meditating, collecting strands of your psychic power. When you do so, you gain temporary hit points equal to your level + your Intelligence modifier. You can't gain temporary hit points from this feat again until you have finished a long rest.
- You can collect some of this power and strenghten your next attack. You can use your bonus action to expend some of your temporary hit points. If you hit a creature until the start of your next turn with an attack, this creature takes additional force damage equal to the amount of expended temporary hit points.
