Acid Toad Shikigami[edit]
Large monstrosity (shikigami), unaligned Armor Class 12 (natural armor)
Skills Athletics +4 Acid Insides. When the toad dies, it explodes in a burst of acid. Each creature within 20 feet of it must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 9 (2d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Acid Skin. A creature that touches the toad or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 3 (1d6) acid damage. Invisible Force. The Shikigami is entirely made out of cursed energy, meaning it cannot be seen by normal people. Creatures without levels in the Jujutsu Sorcerer class or who cannot see into the ethereal plane cannot see it. Although, if these creatures were in a life and death situation (less than half their maximum hit points), they gain the ability to see the Shikigami. ACTIONSTongue. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage, and 3 (1d6) acid damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the toad can use a bonus action to move the grappled target up to 10 feet closer to it and it can't make tongue attacks against other targets. Swallow. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target grappled by the toad. Hit: The target is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the toad, and it takes 13 (2d12) acid damage at the start of each of the toad's turns.

This shikigami resembles a toad made of acid, and it's useful for usage in places with water or to detect enemies around when your vision is obstructed. |
