Berserk. Whenever the Abomination starts its turn with 40 hit points or fewer, roll a d6. On a 6, the Abomination goes berserk. On each of its turns while berserk, the Abomination attacks the nearest creature it can see. If no creature is near enough to move to and attack, the Abomination attacks an object, with preference for an object smaller than itself. Once the Abomination goes berserk, it continues to do so until it is destroyed or regains all its hit points.
The Abomination's creator, if within 60 feet of the berserk Abomination, can try to calm it by speaking firmly and persuasively. The Abomination must be able to hear its creator, who must take an action to make a DC 15 Charisma (Persuasion) check. If the check succeeds, the Abomination ceases being berserk. If it takes damage while still at 40 hit points or fewer, the Abomination might go berserk again.

Aversion of Fire. If the Abomination takes fire damage, it has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the end of its next turn.

Immutable Form. The Abomination is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Lightning Absorption. Whenever the Abomination is subjected to lightning damage, it takes no damage and instead gains a number of hit points equal to the lightning damage dealt.

Magic Resistance. The Abomination has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. The Abomination's weapon attacks are magical.

Ivory Throne. The Abomination carries a Large (10 feet by 10 feet) throne made of ivory on its back. Up to two Medium creatures or four Small or smaller creatures can fit inside this structure without squeezing, giving them three-quarters cover against attacks and effects from outside it. If the Abomination dies, creatures in the fort are placed in unoccupied spaces within 5 feet of the Abomination.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The Abomination makes two attacks, only one of which can be with its bite.

Fist. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (4d8 + 9) bludgeoning damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 19). Until the grapple ends, the target is restrained and has disadvantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws. The Abomination has two fists, each of which can grapple one target.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 31 (4d10 + 9) piercing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it must succeed on a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or be swallowed by the Abomination. A swallowed creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the Abomination, and it takes 21 (6d6) acid damage at the start of each of the Abomination's turns.
If the Abomination takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the Abomination must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which fall prone in a space within 10 feet of the Abomination. If the Abomination dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse by using 20 feet of movement, exiting prone. If the Abomination hasn't used its Disgorge action then any creatures it would disgorge are inside its stomach.

Disgorge (1/Day; Only while the Abomination has 200 or fewer hit points remaining). The Abomination vomits up four Large creatures, twelve Medium creatures or thirty Small or Tiny creatures from its stomach. Generally, the Abomination has either four ogre zombies, twelve bloated cadavers or thirty crawling claws.

The Abomination of Flesh (known as the Hanged Man Tarot) is a towering flesh golem made from several corpses, especially the corpses of hanged criminals flesh-crafted into one massive collective entity, at its chest is a vast fanged maw and it has two massive arms made from several arms of its victims fashioned together. Below its great maw is a vast gullet generally filled with shambling zombies and undead horrors. The bodies of the victims are sewn together in the top, always wailing and moaning to the great fanged Abomination below.
