Small monstrosity, lawful neutral Armor Class 13 (natural armor)
Saving Throws Cha +2 Innate Spellcasting (Psionics). The abigor's spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 16). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components: At will: mage hand, magic missile, minor illusion, prestidigitation, sense emotion ACTIONSMind Blast (Recharge 4–6). The abigor emits psychic energy in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must succeed on a DC 14 Intelligence saving throw or take 18 (4d6 + 5) psychic damage and become stunned for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

These tiny, timid artificial beings are highly intelligent and among the most versatile of psionics, able to manifest a variety of kinetic phenomena, illusionary stimuli, and other unusual effects with their powerful neural broadcasts. Telesensitive to the emotions of other beings, they tend to avoid causing any unnecessary pain or distress and utilize their abilities almost exclusively for self-defense. |
