Parry. The goblin adds 2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the goblin must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Goblins are known to mug unfortunate travellers and merchants on the highway. It is seldom known, however, that some goblins with an inspiration of peculiar idea dresses in all black and mug anyone it meets on the highway, often challenging them to a duel. Little is known for the cause of this eccentric behavior even to goblin standards, but it would be safe to assume that a sack full of knight romance stolen from a nobleman's carriage could do wonders to goblin brain.

Technically this goblin is a highwayman, but its distinctive physical feature gives it a rather... different title, with a pun or play on words, much to its annoyance. Whoever brave or stupid enough to say that title in earshot of this helplessly prideful goblin tends to carry their ears home in their hats.
