Animal Languages (3.5e Variant Rule)
From D&D Wiki
What Are Animal Languages?
Animal languages are languages spoken by creatures with the animal sub-type. They represent natural sounds as well as intelligent communication. These languages CAN NOT be learned by a humanoid unless the creature can naturally speak them or has the class ability "Wild Empathy" (In which case they cost 2 skill points normally a piece)
