Saving Throws Dexterity +8 Chakra. The shinobi has 20 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. ACTIONSMultiattack. The shinobi makes two sword attack, or one sword attack followed by one lightning rod attack against the same target. Sword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) magical slashing damage. Shuriken (0-3 Chakra). Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d3 + 3) slashing damage. The Chunin may make 1 additional attack for every additional chakra point spent. Thunder (1 Chakra). Each creature in a 25 foot cone must attempt a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 9 (2d6 + 2) lightning damage. On a success, they take half as much. Lightning Rod (4 Chakra). One creature within 5 feet must attempt a DC 16 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 13 (3d6 + 2) lightning damage and are stunned until the end of their next turn. On a success, they take half as much and are not stunned. Crescent Moon Beheading (5 Chakra). All creatures in a 15 foot cone must attempt a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, each creature takes 14 (1d8 + 3 x 2). On a success, they take half as much damage. Deception Beheading (4 Chakra). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) magical slashing damage. This attack has advantage. REACTIONSReverse Beheading (2 Chakra). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d8 + 3 / 2) magical slashing damage. |
