Medium humanoid (Human), lawful neutral Armor Class 18 (Natural Armor)
Saving Throws Dexterity +8, Intelligence +8 Chakra. Shamon has 25 chakra points which he can expend. All chakra points are regained at the end of a long rest. Evasion. When Shamon is targeted by an effect that allows him to make a Dexterity saving throw to take half damage on a success, he takes no damage on a success and half damage on a failure. ACTIONSMultiattack. Shamon can make 2 unarmed strikes. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4 + 4) magical slashing damage. Red Secret Technique: Performance of a Hundred Puppets (2 Chakra). Shamon summons one of his puppets. It uses the statistics of his own jonin, is controlled by him, and count as constructs.

He was the first of the Kage to do research into controlling and improving his village's jinchuriki, and focused on enhancing his nation's military with the puppet corps. Above all else, he prioritized advancement of his civilization. After his assassination, he would be succeeded by the Third Kazekage. |
