Lightning Absorption. Whenever the jolteon is subjected to lightning damage, it takes no damage and instead gains a number of hit points equal to the lightning damage dealt.

Lightning Form. A creature that touches the jolteon or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 7 (2d6) lightning damage.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The Jolteon makes two Thunderbolt attacks.

Thunderbolt. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 60/120 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) lightning damage.

Thunder Wave (Recharge 5-6). The jolteon targets one creature within 60 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. An affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect.

Jolteon are quick, canine lightning elementals that paralyze their foes with overloading bursts of electricity and finish them off with shocks of lightning. They are one of the possible products of an evolved eevee.
