Weapon Cost Damage Weight Properties
Pillar 50 gp 1d6 bludgeoning or piercing 40 lb. Heavy, versatile (1d8), special

A pillar is a thick 3-foot to 5-foot column of wood, stone, or metal generally used as a club or spike by creatures of immense strength.

Special. If a 10-foot chain is attached, a pillar gains the reach property. When using the additional reach provided by this property, the damage die of the pillar is 1d6 bludgeoning.

Requirements. For a medium sized creature to wield a pillar without disadvantage requires a Strength score of 17 or higher or a Powerful Build-equivalent feature. To wield a pillar with one hand, a creature must meet both requirements. Smaller creatures cannot use this weapon. Larger creatures do not need to meet these requirements.
