Retro. Pac-Man cannot move diagonally, nor can he use his standard action for anything but Chomp or Power up!.

Waka Waka. Pac-Man can forgo five feet of movement to make a chomp attack. He can do this any number of times on his turn as long as he has at least five feet of movement remaining. These attacks cost no action.

ACTIONS

Chomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 999 magical bludgeoning damage. Any target hit by his chomp attack is stabilized and immediately relocated to the room's center box.

Power Up! (Recharge 12). For 6 turns, Pac-Man gets +2 to AC, +20 to hit, and immunity to necrotic damage. All creatures of Pac-Man's choosing within 120ft must make a Constitution save (DC 18) or have their movement speed reduced by 10ft for the duration of this ability.
