You bring up a spike of Ice from the ground and spear an enemy with it.
Encounter Star.gif Primal, Cold, Implement, Zone
Standard Action Area burst 1, within 5 squares
Target: All creatures in burst
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d4 + Wisdom modifier cold damage and creature is weakened until end of their next turn.
Effect: A zone of ice spikes is created in the burst area and lasts until the end of your next turn. Any creature that enters the zone takes cold damage equal to your Wisdom modifier, and is weakened until they move out of the zone.
Sustain Minor: The zone persists.
