Hit: 2d4 + Wisdom modifier cold damage and creature is weakened until end of their next turn.

Effect: A zone of ice spikes is created in the burst area and lasts until the end of your next turn. Any creature that enters the zone takes cold damage equal to your Wisdom modifier, and is weakened until they move out of the zone.
|
Sustain Minor: The zone persists.
