A nondescript porcelain mask the color of milk, with a pair of silver-rimmed black opals in place of eyes.

Piercing Thought: While wearing this mask, you may cast Detect Thoughts without the use of a spell slot. As long as you maintain concentration on the spell, you may communicate telepathically with the creature you are focusing on.

Once per day, while focusing on a creature with Detect Thoughts, you may use an action to cast Suggestion on that creature without the use of a spell slot.

Thoughtful Visage: While wearing this mask, you are considered to be under the effects of Comprehend Languages.

Shattered Stare: Once per day, you may cast Fear as a bonus action.

Empty Eyes: While wearing this mask, you are considered to be under the influence of Mind Blank and Protection from Evil and Good.
