Boots of the Time Lord: The Boots of the Time Lord are plain-looking, worn boots. However, when they are put on time seems to shift and the wearer is a more integral part of the universe.
The Boots of the Time Lord were made in ancient times, as a means of escape for the god of time. One step in them could speed up your time tenfold, or stop the flow of time around you entirely. After a week of experimenting, they grant the user some spell-like abilities.
2/Day speed time tenfold. Lasts 8 turns.
4/Day speed time double. Lasts 10 turns.
4/Day stop time: Freeze opponents within 3 squares.
Passive: Ageless Form
Strong enchantment; CL 20;
Weight: 1 kilogram
