This battery is incompatible with any other plasma-based weapons, and costs twice as much. This weapon can not be taken as starting equipment. Spartan-Designed: The wielded of this weapon must have a Strength Score of 18, or be wearing a suit of powered armor such as the Mjolnir Mk. V or have disadvantage on attack rolls. Targeting Sequence: To fire this weapon, one must first charge it as an action. If they do not spend their next action as an Attack, it loses its charge.
