Weapon (dagger), unique (requires attunement)

The Dragon Queen, she in order to create these daggers she collected the teeth of so many young wyrms that met cruel fates at the hand of mortals. Using her hatred for mortals she imbued these artifacts with her the powers of acid and lightning. The daggers are sentient and each dagger has its own chromatic dragon personality one of a black dragon and the other that of a blue dragon. If the daggers are ever separated by more than 120 feet for 24 hours they will both be recalled back to Tiamat's horde. If one of the daggers is destroyed then they both are destroyed.

Sentient. Each dagger has a personality, one of a black dragon and the other a Blue Dragon. The daggers have the following stats: Intelligence 17, Wisdom 18, Charisma 12. The daggers won't attempt to dominate their owner unless they attempt to attack a Chromatic Dragon or Reptilian Humanoid. At that point they will refuse to provide any bonus to attack or damage and will not cooperate in a ranged attack.

Characteristics. The daggers communicate telepathically with anyone in contact with it, initially in simple context and the longer the owner is in possession of the daggers they are able to communicate in more complex manners. The Daggers speak the following languages: Abyssal, Dwarven, Draconic, Giant, and Infernal. The daggers can learn an additional language if no actions or bonuses are taken for 1 week. The Daggers also have Normal Vision and Hearing to 60ft, Dark vision to 90ft and this includes magical darkness.

Mortal Bane. The hatred of Tiamat is present in these daggers, they add +2 to attack and damage. The daggers each have a Bane modifier against all humanoids except reptilian (1d6) and each dagger has their own draconic breath weapon modifier: Acid(2d6)or Lightning(2d6) on a Constitution Save the Draconic Breath Weapon modifier is halved. There is no save for the Bane modifier.

Protector of the Scale. These weapons will not intentionally attack any Chromatic Dragon or Reptilian Humanoid. Accidentally doing so will cause them to lose their bonuses for attack and damage for 5 days. Against metallic dragons these daggers do double damage. Any possessor of the daggers who willingly attempt to attack a Chromatic Dragon or Reptilian Humanoid will be warned and refusing to yield will cause the daggers to present themselves to any Dragon or Reptilian Humanoid they have seen in the last 30 days.
