Frost Shot

Prerequisites: Elf (eladrin [winter])
You learn how to infuse your attacks with the power of winter. When you make a successful attack with a ranged weapon, you can use your bonus action to shoot a bolt of ice. Make a ranged weapon attack. On a hit, you deal 1 cold damage, and you can choose one of the following effects. You must choose the desired effect before you make the attack roll:

  • Freezing Shot: The target's movement speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.
  • Chilling Shot: The target have disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.
  • Shivering Shot: The target can’t take reactions until the start of its next turn.
