Fey Ancestry. The food witch has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can't put the food witch to sleep.

Flawless Appearance. Intelligence (Arcana and Investigation) and Wisdom (Insight) checks against the food witch roll with disadvantage.

Spellcaster. The food witch is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save 13, +7 to hit with spell attacks). The food witch has the following spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): thaumaturgy
1st level (4 slots): detect magic, entangle, command, faerie fire
2nd level (3 slots): suggestion, aganazzar's scorcher
3rd level (2 slots): counterspell, fireball

ACTIONS

Dagger. Melee or Ranged Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.

Screech. The food witch gives an ear piercing scream that makes people's legs turn to jelly, practically. All creatures within 30 feet that can hear her must make a 13 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 10 (3d6) psychic damage and drops prone. On a success, a creature takes the damage, but does not drop prone.

Don't let her cute looks fool you. The food witch is a vile fey that likes to lure kids to her hut in the woods with promises of delicious food. Even experienced spellcasters have fallen for the guile of these witches many times, as their natural charm and deceptive nature make it nearly impossible to figure out her true, nefarious intentions. Everything usually seems fine and dandy until you take a bite of her food. Then, her eyes suddenly turn blank and she lunges in a murderous frenzy at the fool who dared eat her forbidden feast.
