Quiver of the Arcane Archer: A standard quiver covered with dark blue silk with arcane symbols drawn on it

This quiver Teleports an arrow perfectly knocked on a bow upon release of the drawn bowstring. Due to the fact that the user no longer has to draw and knock an arrow they are able to fire twice as many arrows as they were able to before at a -1 penalty to hit.
