Bubble Shield

When this is activated (a standard action), it forms a barrier of energy that surrounds a 10ft by 10ft square, granting all within the area total concealment. Creatures and characters can move through the barrier. The barrier has a hardness of 0 and 22 hit points. The generator (which is inside the bubble shield) has a hardness of 8 and 5 hit points. Destroying the generator removes the shield. It is treated like an energy shield, and has a recharge rate of 5.

A Bubble Shield has a purchase DC of 35, with a restriction of Mil (+3), and weighs 5lbs.
