Wondrous item, common A magical cloak made from the rare plesiosaurus dinosaur, it grants its wearer the ability to swim and hold their breath for elongated periods of time. While wearing this cloak with its hood up, you can hold your breath for 1 hour, and you have a swimming speed of 40 feet. Pulling the hood up or down requires an action. |
