More information...

A fit, middle aged man wearing strange black outlandish clothing, wearing flat goggles over his eyes and a small device attached to his ear. He shows little expression or interest in his surroundings, as though nothing could surprise him anyway.

Agent Smith is a computer program designed to hunt down those who have detached themselves from the matrix, and have jacked in. They cannot be bargained, but will not attack anyone who is not of their concern. They are largely considered to be 'Higher ups' in most law enforcement circles, and are feared by those who they hunt.

Computer Program Traits: As a program they are written and designed to follow orders from the Matrix itself. They cannot defy orders and carry them out at any extent, considering collateral damage low priority. All computer programs can communicate with each other perfectly, and are aware of anything any other program is aware of. A program can detect their targets anywhere in the world as soon as they come into the matrix.

Combat

Assume Person: A Smith Agent may come into complete control of any humanoid creature at any moment as a free action. The creature is polymorphed as well as all of their stats into that of the Smith Agent. If an agent is threatened to come near death, they may unassume the creature, and move to a different one where they would gain full health. If an Agent dies, the creature they assumed will also die.

Bullet Proof The Agent isn't actually bullet proof, but is immune to being hit by every range attack unless it is directly point-blank. (As in, less than an inch from their face and they were caught by surprise)

Resetting the Matrix: Once per day, an Agent may perform Wish for anything pertaining to the environment. Be it replacing every window in one building with brick walls, or anything else that would stunt the escape of their target. Anyone can make a DC 13 sense motive check to notice a Deja Vu, which means that in someway, their surroundings have just been changed.

Free Agent Variant

A free agent is exactly like an Agent Smith, but is no longer an agent of the system. They're a new man, so to speak, apparently free.

But, as you well know, appearances can be deceiving.

A Free Agent is Lawful Evil, and is not detectable by any other programs.

A Free Agent loses all of the abilities they had while being an Agent of the System, with exception to Bullet Proof, and gains the following:

Assimilate: The Free Agent may perform Polymorph at will as a touch attack on any humanoid creature. The creature is polymorphed into an exact duplicate as the Free Agent. All of the stats are changed to equal the original Free Agent, and the Free Agent retains any special abilities and memories the creature had. Their personality is that of the original Free Agent. The only way the Agent will revert to normal is if the One is assimilated, nullifying the Free Agent's existence.
