Weapon (any sword), rare (requires attunement)

This epic weapon has runes down the blade which shines as an attuned user draws the sword. This magic weapon deals an additional 1d8 lightning damage. Creatures who are wearing metal armor also take an additional 1d8 lightning damage from this sword.
