(Epic) Ultimate Dervish (3.5e Optimized Character Build)

This is my version of the Dervish/Champion of Correlon Larethian/Tempest

Game Rule Components
Weapons: Critically important to any warrior, and no difference here. My build relies on the Scimitar. There are several other options, such as the elven lightblade or thinblade, but I wanted this build to work with no flaws, so the feat availability was very tight.
Armor: Light armor only, and your Dex is going to be very high, so probably Mithral chain shirt or padded armor, heavy fortification will certainly be a great addition, as you do not have uncanny dodge.
Misc: anything to buff your Will save, and AC, you will not be taking too many hits, but a Will save or die will stop you dead(pun intended). Make certain you pick up a Wisdom bonus item of + 4, or something else that grants at least 1 power point.
Starting Ability Scores (Before Racial Adjustments): Half-elf, no adjustments
Ability Scores:the order for stats in this build is Dex, Int, Chr, Str, Con, Wis

This build uses Two weapon fighting, dervish dance, and high Int and Dex to damage(fully applied to both hands). With Dervish Dance, you should be making plenty of full attacks, and with Tempest, even your off hand attacks will be without penalty. Also, if you find yourself unable to dance, bounding assault, rapid blitz, and two-weapon fighting make for a deadly combo.
If flaws are allowed the gloves really come off on this build. you get Dervish in 5 levels, and 2 weapon fighting happens very fast. Also, you can play as a grey elf, which nets you a +1 to hit and a + 2 to damage
Anything immune critical, the fortification armor modification.
