Zenites[edit]

A race of humanoid slimes that can take on many forms and change their body into weapons if needed. They are a very friendly race and seek companionship with the other races, some going insane or even dying if they don’t get enough social interaction with others.


Physical Description[edit]

The Zenites are a race of slime people that are many different colors and are most commonly genderless though some give themselves more gendered forms to fit in with other races.

History[edit]

The race spawned from when a bit of star dust fell onto the world. after 3 years the star dust turned into the first zenites. Over the years it would split into more and more in a process of mitosis. It is unknown as to where this star dust came from some think it is from another world or it could be from the gods.

Society[edit]

They mostly live in colonies of 10 to 20 of them that all live and commuicate with each other on a daily basis. It is very common for some to go off on their own seeking out new companionship.

Zenite Names[edit]

Zenite names are normally the same as human ones mostly being gender neutral names unless the zenites changes it later in life.

Male: Azariah, Cassidy, Sydney

Female: Skylar, Wesley, Alex

Zenites Traits[edit]

Zenites are a slime race made from fallen stardust.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2, your Charisma score increases by 1 and your Wis Decreases by 1.
Age. Zenites mature around the age of 16 and normally live to around 100
Alignment. They normally stary to the path of more chaotic alignments however they are hardly ever evil
Size. Your base form is around 4 to 5 ft tall, Your size is Medium."
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Tremorsense. You can detect and pinpoint the origin of vibrations within 60 feet, provided that the monster and the source of the vibrations are in contact with the same ground or substance.
Natural Flexiblity. Due to being made of slime you have proficiency in the Acrobatics skill.
Transmutable Form. You can shift your body into many forms, from giving you weapons if your hands that make your unarmed strikes deal 1d6 + str modifier, or sliming down to one 1 inch wide or expanding out to 5 cubic feet.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common, Deep Speech and one other language of your choice.

Suggested Characteristics[edit]

When creating a zenites character, you can use the following table of traits, ideals, bonds and flaws to help flesh out your character. Use these tables in addition to or in place of your background's characteristics.
