Zealous Oath[edit]
1st-level paladin feature, replaces Divine Sense and Lay on Hands
The most eager of paladins can swear their oath earlier than usual, so they can gain the power to fulfill it sooner.
Choose your Sacred Oath, as with Sacred Oath class ability. You get the 3rd-level benefits and tenets of that oath, including Channel Divinity and Oath Spells. As usual, you cannot cast your oath spells if you have no spell slots with which to cast them.
If you chose this ability at 1st level, you get Divine Sense and Lay on Hands abilities at 3rd level instead of the usual Sacred Oath 3rd-level benefits.
