The yutyrannus is a predator of similar size and build to allosaurus, but is actually more closely related to tyrannosaurus rex. It is covered in feathers all the way down to its toes, well suited for the cold environments they inhabit. Yutyrannus or "yutys" are formidable predators that live in the seasonally cold regions. Food in the area is scarce, so yutyrannus came up with a clever solution. A young yutyrannus will form packs with gorgosaurus, making them twice as effective in combat. |
