World Historian
Character is keen on events that have happened in the past, but suffers with keeping up to date.
Benefit: +2 on all Knowledge (History) checks. The character has devoted much time to memorizing the events which have happened in times past.
Drawback: -2 on all Knowledge (Local) checks. Because the character has spent so much time studying the past they cannot be bothered to keep up with current happenings.
Roleplaying Ideas: While the character has a deep insight whenever anyone asks them about events that have happening in the past any inquiries as to current events, such as political standings, or local legends are beyond them.
