Note: Only Imperial Humans are eligible for these.

Imperial Dictum: Wizard are officers and negotiator of the Imperial Army. They are adept at diplomacy and art of aristocracy. Diplomacy is alway a class skill (no matter the class) and the Imperial Wizard gain a competence bonus equal to half his wizard level to this particular check. The Imperial Wizard may trade diplomacy for bluff.
Armored Mage: At 5th level, the wizard may ignore Arcane Spell Failure granted by Light armor.
At 10th level, the wizard may ignore the Arcane Spell Failure granted by Medium Armor.
At 15th level, the Imperial wizard may ignore the Arcane Spell failure granted by Shield.
At 20th level, the Imperial wizard may ignore the Arcane Spell Failure granted by heavy armor.
