Winged Gnome[edit]

Maybe you were blessed by a fey, you were accidentally hit with some powerful magic or you were subjected to evil and unethical experiments. Regardless of how it happened, you now have a small pair of wings that grant you limited flight.

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity or Charisma score increases by 1.
Flight. You have a flying speed of 25 feet. To use this speed, you can't be wearing medium or heavy armor. You cannot fly higher than 5 feet, if you start your turn above this height you begin falling.
Gliding. You can use your wings to glide down to the ground. When falling, your rate of descent slows to 60 feet per round and you take no falling damage. You can move otherwise move as normal as you fall. This ability ends if you are knocked prone, have your speed reduced to 0, or are otherwise deprived of the ability to move.
Vertical Flight. You can beat your wings hard to gain some extra height. During your turn, you can use your flying speed to fly straight up. If you do this, you can't move in any other direction until the start of your next turn. You cannot use Vertical Flight while falling.
