Winged Creature[edit]

Sometimes, a creature that normally wouldn't be able to fly gains the ability to do so, whether by magic or some mundane means. The wings look natural for a creature of that kind, for example, a winged wolf would have feathered wings, while a winged lizard would have draconic wings. They tend to be a tad more agile than others of their kind, however.

Prerequisite

Any creature that doesn't have a flying speed.

Statistics[edit]

Abilities. The winged creature's Dexterity score increases by 1.

Speeds. The winged creature has a flying speed equal to the higher of its highest movement speed or 30 feet.

Challenge Rating[edit]

Adjust effective amour class, per DMG p. 279, if the creature has a challenge rating of 10 or lower and can deal damage at range.
