Shaped like a silver, gold, wood, stone, or metal conductor's stick, the Wind Waker commands the winds to obey you.

By flicking your wrist with the Wind Waker in you hands you may cast gust of wind 8 times per day and control weather 4 times per day.

A Wind waker can also command the wind to make sounds. By doing this a bard may use their Perform (Sing) or Perform (Musical Instrument) skill without making a sound.
