This repeating rifle is used extensively by Marksmen as a closer range alternative to the Sniper Rifle. The Winchester Rifle holds up to ten rounds (40 sp. for 30), has a range of 120 ft., and has a critical of x4. It takes a Full Action to completely reload the rifle, and a move action if it's only half reloaded. Completely reloading the rifle provokes an attack of opportunity. If proficient, it is a free action to load one round into the chamber. If not, it is a move action. As long as the rifle has rounds in it, you can move the lever (free action if proficient, move action otherwise) to load a new round into the chamber.
