Illusion
Level: Sor/Wiz 2

Range: 50ft + 10ft per caster level
Target, or Effect: Enemies within radius
Duration: 1D6 rounds
Saving Throw: Will partial, see effect
Spell Resistance: No

This spell is cast on 30 square feet of terrain, and all enemies within the affected area hear a deafening static that seems to be inside their heads. They suffer a -10 on all listen checks, and must make a will save (DC 12 + caster level) or become Frightened for 1D4 rounds. Furthermore, the subjects of this spell must make a Concentration check (DC 10 + the number of rounds White Noise has been active) to perform a Standard Action. An enemy who enters the affected area after the spell is cast will still suffer the detriments, but one who leaves the area will still suffer the effects until the spell is over. White Noise has no visual effects, so other enemies will be completely unaware of what is happening to their allies.
