Shifter Subrace[edit]
Whistlesong shifters are artistic and flamboyant, typically tied to songbirds. You may have feathers in certain patterns along your face.
Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 2, and your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Songbird. You have proficiency with the Performance skill. If you are already proficient with this skill, you gain proficiency with another skill of your choice.
Shifting Feature. While shifted, you can use a bonus action to sing a charming animalistic song, one creature within 30 feet that can hear you must make a Wisdom saving throw or become charmed by you until you are no longer shifted.
