From D&D Wiki
|Components:||V, S, M|
|Casting time:||1 round|
|Range:||Medium (100 feet + 10 feet per technician level)|
|Duration:||10 minutes per technician level|
You can cause your attuned sand to vibrate in a similar pattern as vocal chords and receive such vibrations as to send whispered messages and receive whispered replies with little chance of being overheard. You must have 1 cubic foot of attuned sand at each creature you want to receive the message and may omit some attuned sand from sending the message. When you whisper, the whispered message is audible to all creatures within 1 foot of the chosen attuned sand. The message does not have to travel in a straight line. It can circumvent a barrier if the path’s entire length lies within the technique’s range. The creatures that receive the message can whisper a reply that you hear. The technique transmits sound, not meaning. It doesn’t transcend language barriers.
Note: To speak a message, you must mouth the words and whisper, possibly allowing observers the opportunity to read your lips.
