Web Domain[edit]

Cleric Subclass

Gods of the web domain govern the complicated connections between creatures. A typical cleric of the web domain is much like a spider, sitting in the center of a web of social contacts. They know exactly which strings to pull from this position to get an effect.

Bonus Proficiency[edit]

When you choose this domain at first level, you gain proficiency in the Deception or Persuasion skill (your choice).

Channel Divinity: Web of Connection[edit]

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to connect the damage you do to enemies.

After you make a successful attack roll but before you roll your damage die, you may choose to connect the damage between a number of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus that are within 30 feet of the original target of your attack roll. Roll your damage die and divide the amount of damage rolled between your chosen creatures, rounding down.

Puppet Master[edit]

At 6th level, you become adept at controlling others. If you use any spell from the school of enchantment, you may force the spell target(s) to roll with disadvantage. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier, regaining all uses upon finishing a long rest.

Potent Spellcasting[edit]

At 8th level, you may add your Wisdom modifier to damage dealt by cleric cantrips.

Improved Web[edit]

At 17th level, you’ve heightened your divine abilities. Your Channel Divinity now has a range of 60 feet. You can now choose an amount of creatures equal to your proficiency bonus plus your Wisdom modifier.
