You weave around your foe and strike as one.
Daily  Arachane, Weapon
Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Special: When you charge, you can use this power in place of a melee basic attack.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 3[W] + 3[B] + Dexterity modifier damage.
Miss: Half damage.
Effect: You can shift a number of squares equal to 2 + your Charisma modifier before or after the attack.
